Project Manager Martin Achieves Prince2 Certification
We’d like to congratulate our project manager Martin for successfully achieving his Prince 2 qualification. Prince 2 is a globally recognised project management standard and provides a process-based method for effective project management.
At Kigtek each project has a dedicated project manager and while our projects follow our ISO 9001:2015 management system its great to have the additional insight Prince 2 provides.
On completing the course Martin commented ‘Completing the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course has been a rewarding experience for myself personally and will bring wider value to the business and our customers. We’re always looking at ways of improving our processes and, from the PRINCE2 material, we can take away key learnings to enhance our existing project delivery methods.’
